FieldEdge is a platform that enables field technicians to easily access to mission-essential resources, including documentation, 3D models, videos, images and other detailed information related to different assemblies such as aircraft or vehicles. Technicians can match real-world items with detailed digital representations through 3D models, making access to all related resources straightforward and efficient. This empowers faster maintenance, greater accuracy in understanding systems, and enhanced skill development for technicians.

This project involved modernizing FieldEdge’s user interface (UI), with a focus on improving the 3D marking menu, navigation, and overall design. The goal was to create an updated, contemporary UI that aligned with the ecosystem of related applications while prioritizing usability—specifically the ability to quickly locate and retrieve information—for tablet users operating in dynamic field environments.
